For some reason I’ve decided to sign up for InCoWriMo – International Correspondence Writing Month. The idea is to write and mail/deliver one letter each day in February, which dovetails nicely with A Month of Letters. Now, I really suck at daily challenges, so I’ve every intention of cheating by writing a bunch at the beginning of the month, then mailing them off one per day. I figure I’ve got the spirit right, if not the letter. (Bah-dum-ching.)
You should join me. Why not? Postcards are allowed – and will be the bulk of what I send off. Don’t know who to write to? Try these folks or sign up for More Love Letters (though there isn’t any guarantee the call for letters will arrive in your inbox in time). Or send one to me – my address is in the sidebar. I promise to write back.

I just bought a sheet of the brand new Global Forever stamps at the post office today! They are beautiful and snazzy. You better believe I’ll be stocking up on them before the next rate increase. So awesome to have forever stamps that will work internationally now on postcards and first class letters!
More to the point, I wish you much luck. It sounds like a fun undertaking!
Yay!! I’m not pressuring myself to officially play along, but I’m sure I’ll send more than 28 pieces of mail in February. Put me on the list if you have an empty recipient block!
Can’t do daily either, so I’m making 7 collages per week, I can do that (I hope)! Writing letters is hard but oh how fun when you get a reply! Wishing you a good writing month!
